This inquiry, led by Sir Wyn Williams (see press release), will look to establish a clear account of the implementation and failings of the Horizon IT computer system over its lifetime.
It will gather available relevant evidence from this period from Post Office Ltd, Fujitsu and the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, and look to see that lessons have been learnt.
